So, who are R.M.S. Catering?

 

We are a small, home ‘fed’ business based in the heart of Shropshire. Chef Richard Siverns has been in the professional catering industry for over 10 years and has learned his craft working alongside some of the nations top professional chefs.

 

From a young age, Richard was inspired initially by his mother who would create wonderfully themed celebration cakes every year for his birthday – Thunderbirds, Ghostbusters, Formula One racing cars, to name but a few. Each was created with imagination, great skill - and each looked fabulous, and tasted wonderful! It was that initial inspiration that has led to the creative designs that you now see on this website. 

 

Richard became amazed at what could be beautifully created from simple ingredients from an early age. His Nan also became involved, and taught him to make her homemade tasty jam tarts and Roly Polys using her secret recipes.

 

Over a period of time Richard has discovered that the popularity of his faultless food has grown to the point where his spare time has been devoted to satisfying the demands of his growing customer base. And since meeting his bride to be – Georgee - Richard has now embarked on an exciting new venture to create and build his own catering business, providing his amazing food for you.
